Born out of years weathering the salty air misting over his prison home on Alcatraz island, and his yearning for the sweet caramel treats he had as a boy before journeying to the wrong side of the law, our escaped felon made good on his promise to make the best slow-roasted sea salt caramel cashews this side of the warden's office.  If you had to choose one snack to pass the days holed up in your cell, this would be it.  Our bags are easy to open while handcuffed.
